| QUARTERBACKS - There are slim pickings at the QB spot for bye week replacements. Seneca Wallace, Joe Flacco, and Dan Orlovsky dot the landscape and none look particularly attractive. Kerry Collins still hasn’t thrown more than 200 yards in a game this season. Peyton Manning is tied for 3rd with 9 INTs. Brad Johnson may get benched this week if he gets off to a slow start. Stay away from the Cowboys QB situation, Romo is due back in Week 11.

| RUNNING BACKS - Larry Johnson is out for another game and possibly more. Kolby Smith is a mediocre option against a tough Bucs defense. Willie Parker will return Monday night. Mewelde Moore will still be involved, but is looks like a timeshare this week. There are rumblings in Arizona that Tim Hightower will be the featured back. If it doesn’t happen this week, it should happen soon.

| WIDE RECEIVERS - Donnie Avery is this week’s hot waiver wire pickup. Arizona is a middle of the road secondary and Marc Bulger appears to have developed a nice rapport with the youngster. Kevin Curtis has a week under his belt and a nice match up against the Seahawks this week. Reggie Brown should also return for the Eagles. Joey Galloway is back and can be considered as a WR4 against the Chiefs.

| TIGHT ENDS - Jason Witten is a question mark this week. Owners are in store for a game time decision. Donald Lee is a popular pickup because tight ends have produced against the Titans. Tennessee is very tough, so Lee is more of a reach.

| KICKERS - The Giants will continue with John Carney until further notice. Shaun Suisham is the league leader with 21 field goal attempts. Too bad he’s connecting at a 76.2% rate.

| DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS - The Patriots secondary is constantly overmatched and should struggle against the Colts this week. Owners can find some temporary help with Atlanta and Cleveland. The Falcons face the Raiders while the Browns entertain the Ravens at home. |
